WEGV - Ann Arbor Community Radio is a program of the non-profit Make This World Foundation, a recognized 501(c)3 public charity. The station is created to promote greater media diversity as well as support for independent music and local voices in radio.

About Community Radio
Community radio reflects the interests and concerns of listeners. It allows people from a variety of perspectives to work together to tackle a topic or problem, to share stories and facts, to ask questions, and then shape a judgment on which they can act. It is also a great venue for showcasing independent and local music.
About Low Power Radio
Low power FM (LPFM) radio stations are noncommercial, run by non-profit organizations, schools, community groups, local governments and churches. They are not available to individuals or for commercial operations. LPFMs operate at 100 watts or less and reach a radius of approximately 10-15 miles.
